"WildMan BBQ is THE best BBQ I've ever tried. I ordered the brisket plate and it literally melted in my mouth. It wasn't greasy, it was just that tender. I've tried brisket from all over, but this was exceptional. My husband tried the pulled pork and he said it was also excellent. We're planning to stop by again on our travels from Texas. Way to go, WildMan BBQ! You've got something truly special going!"

"We stopped in for our firat time and got a pound of brisket with coleslaw and baked beans. The brisket is the best my wife and I have ever had. This meat is very flavorful and is as tender as butter. We will be back and it will be sooner than latter. Also the owner is a veteran, thank you for your service..."

"Customer service is great, nice folks. Small menu but good. Has tge Brisket sandwich, potato salad & bbq beans. Brisket was good, potato salad was ok & bbq beans are very tasty. Especially to NOT have any meat, onion or peppers in it. Will go back again."
